Concept

This white and green abstract painting on canvas reminds me of certain silent winter mornings in the gulf in front of Trieste, the city where I live. In those days, the sea is almost white, and clouds reflections give the water impossible colors. I love those atmospheres and this is what inspired this painting.

Technique, size and support
This original mixed media (31.5x39.4x0.7" - 80x100x1.8cm) artwork on wrapped canvas, is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. The surface is richly textured, and it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience. It's signed on the back by the author and ready to hang.

Exhibitions

This painting has been shown at Art Marbella 2020, Sep 2020.
